Antonia Lofaso
Chef Antonia Lofaso's food is an opportunity to delve into deep into her interior world. Food she cooks up is a result of her interest in the culture that is Los Angeles, which was inspired by a visit from Long Island to Los Angeles from Long Island's suburbs. Carnitas, Cavatelli and different dishes are all available in a single menu. It is an ever changing sensibility. But what remains throughout her menu is an unifying view of the future that longingly remembers the past. Scopa Italian Roots was opened in 2013 by Lofaso, who is inspired from her Italian American tradition. The restaurant was greeted with the warmest welcome.
